Extension allows interaction on ONE tab at a time, and that tab shouldn't be totally muted! This prevents algorithms to flag your interaction as BOT activity. You can move that tab to the background though while working on your PC. Your daily engagement capacity is 300 min by default. You can change it from 'Settings'. You cannot add videos shorter than 60 seconds. If a user fails to settle an interaction debt, the specific video that received the interaction will be removed from the Video Market for 3 days. You can disable the interaction feature at any time via "Settings"; once disabled, your videos will no longer be available for interaction. If you retract the interactions you have provided, you will receive a violation warning. 5 violation warnings will result in your account being suspended for 7 days. For an interaction to count, the video must play at normal speed - without rewinding or fast-forwarding - in a natural, continuous manner. The extension automatically activates on the YouTube tab you are redirected to from the Video Market. You can only add videos from a channel you own or are authorized to represent. Content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, or is age-restricted cannot be added. Three unpaid debts within 7 days will remove all your videos from the Video Market for 7 days. The extension records data regarding the duration of the videos you watch, as well as likes, subscriptions, and comments. Every interaction you make is credited as a debt to the creator of the video you watched. You can view your debts and credits on the debts page. All debts must be paid within 48 hours.

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

YouCanTube (https://youcantube.com) is operated by YouCanTube. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and YouCanTube and govern your access to and use of the website, the browser extension and the mobile application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Platform Rules, which form an integral part of this agreement.

If you do not accept these terms, do not create an account and do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and is not

YouCanTube is a mutual engagement exchange between video creators. Members add their own videos, watch videos published by other members, and repay the interactions they receive within 48 hours. The Service records these obligations in a debt and credit ledger.

The Service is provided free of charge. YouCanTube does not sell views, likes, comments or subscribers, does not guarantee any level of engagement, growth, revenue or ranking, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of YouTube, Google LLC or any other video platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to bind it. You must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law, nor be a person whose account has previously been terminated for a breach of these terms.

4. Your account

You may hold exactly one account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the confidentiality of your password and extension token, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately through the contact page if you suspect unauthorised use.

Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, rented or shared.

5. The browser extension

Engagement is verified solely by our browser extension. The package issued to you contains a code tied to your account and binds to a single computer on first activation. You agree that you will not modify, decompile, repackage, redistribute or share the extension, and that you will not attempt to bypass, spoof or interfere with its verification mechanisms.

The extension verifies the integrity of its own files with the server on each start. A modified package results in the permanent locking of your token and may result in termination of your account.

The extension processes only what is necessary for verification: the video being watched, elapsed playback time, the interactions you perform on the source platform, your channel name, picture and subscriber count, and a device fingerprint hash. It does not read your browsing history, passwords or unrelated page content.

6. Your obligations

  • Add only videos from a channel you own or are authorised to represent.
  • Repay every debt within 48 hours, watching at least as long as you were watched.
  • Leave genuine, relevant comments; do not post spam or meaningless text.
  • Do not withdraw engagement after a debt closes.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, click farms or multiple accounts.
  • Do not upload or link to unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or age-restricted content.
  • Comply with the terms of service of the video platform on which your content is hosted.

7. Consequences of breach

Where a debt is not repaid within the deadline, the video that received the engagement is removed from the market for 3 days. Where 3 debts remain unpaid within 7 days, all of your videos are removed for 7 days. These measures are contractual consequences agreed in advance, applied automatically and proportionately, and are not penalties in the sense of criminal law.

For serious or repeated breaches — in particular fraud, automation, multiple accounts or tampering with the extension — we may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice. Where the breach is capable of remedy and no urgent risk exists, we will normally notify you first and give you an opportunity to respond.

You may object to any measure through the contact page. We will review objections within a reasonable period and inform you of the outcome.

8. Content and licence

You retain all rights in your videos and your channel. By adding a video you grant YouCanTube a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, limited to the operation of the Service and for the duration of your participation, to display its title, thumbnail, duration, channel name and public subscriber count within the Service. This licence ends when you remove the video or close your account, save for copies retained in backups for a limited period.

We do not host video content. Videos are played on the source platform.

9. Intellectual property notices

If you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, notify us through the contact page with the URL, a description of the right concerned and your contact details. We will assess the notice promptly and remove the entry where appropriate.

10. Availability, changes and interruption

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may change the rules, deadlines and limits described here where there is a valid reason (legal requirement, security, abuse prevention, or a substantial change in how the Service works).

Material changes will be announced on the site and, where the change is to your disadvantage, will take effect no earlier than 15 days after the announcement. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change; if you do not accept it, you may close your account.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YouCanTube is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or for any action taken by a third-party video platform against your channel or account, including the removal of engagement, restrictions, strikes or termination. You use the Service at your own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with the rules of the platform hosting your content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of agreement.

12. Term and termination

This agreement runs for an indefinite period. You may close your account at any time from your settings, without notice and without giving reasons. Closure does not extinguish debts that were already open at the time of closure, nor does it affect measures already applied.

We may terminate this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately where you are in serious breach.

13. Personal data

How we process personal data, the legal bases we rely on, retention periods and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its commercial purpose. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it as part of a transfer of the business, provided your rights are not diminished.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Turkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlari. Istanbul Mahkemeleri ve Icra Daireleri shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law grants you mandatory protection, that protection is not affected by this clause and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
