Real engagement on your YouTube videos, without owing anyone.
Add your video and watch other members’ videos. Every interaction you receive is written to your panel as a debt measured in watch time; you repay it by watching videos on that member’s channel. Everyone gets exactly as much as they give — no free riders.

You need the browser extension
The extension measures watch time, records your engagement and keeps the ledger honest. Without it you cannot add videos or repay debts. It works only on this site and on video pages - nothing else is tracked.
Chrome, Edge, Brave and Opera. The package is issued to your account and installs in one step.
The player loads only when you press play, so no video platform cookies are set before that. · Watch on YT
How it works
The whole system runs on reciprocity: you repay every interaction you receive within 48 hours.
- Join free, add your channel and videos, install the Chrome extension — and always open videos from YouCanTube. Only the tab opened from the site counts.
- The extension measures what you actually watched, liked, commented and subscribed to. It counts in one tab at a time, only while the sound is on, and it stops the video by itself the moment a debt is cleared.
- Debt is kept as watch time, not video count, and always in whole minutes. It is written once, when your watch ends — so it does not keep growing while the other side is repaying.
- The moment you watch, like, subscribe to or comment on someone’s video, a debt is created for them for exactly that watch time and those interactions, and they must settle it within 48 hours. A subscription debt can never exceed the number of channels that member has: nobody is asked to give more than the other side offers.
- If a member does not settle the debt, the very video you engaged with is closed to engagement in the market for 3 days.
- Members who accumulate 3 unpaid debts within 7 days have all of their videos removed from the market for 7 days. Taking back an interaction you already gave counts too: the first 5 times are warnings, and after that the account is suspended for 7 days.
- In your settings, decide how many minutes of watch time your videos may receive per day — 300 minutes by default. When that daily capacity is full, all of your videos close to engagement until the next day.
- Or switch engagement off entirely from your settings until you have repaid your debts. Your videos then stay hidden from the market until you turn it back on yourself.
- Members who repay 25 debts in a row without a single miss earn the bronze badge and 3 of their videos rise to the top of the market; 50 flawless repayments earn silver with 5 videos, and 100 earn gold with 10 videos at the top of their categories.
- youcantube.com is completely free and will stay that way.
- youcantube.com may ask all members to engage with certain channels and videos without any debt being created in return. The quota and the number of videos and channels involved are set by youcantube.com.
- On this platform you get as much as you give. Grow as far as you truly want — there is only one condition: stay faithful to your debts.
- For more information, rules and details, see the FAQ and Platform rules pages.
- Each account is for one channel. The channel you add videos for and the channel you are signed in as on YouTube must be the same; if they differ, nothing is counted and the extension tells you so. If you have more than one channel, you may open a separate membership for each.
- You decide who can watch your video: language, niche and region. If you pick none, the video is open to everyone — the best choice for most channels. A member outside the audience sees a locked card, while a member who owes you can always open your videos.

Measured by the extension: the subscriber count when the member joined, against today. Only channels with at least 100 subscribers at joining and 1 days of tracking are listed.

Debt & credit ledger
Every second of watch time, and every like, comment and subscription your video receives, is written to your debt column. You clear it by watching videos on the other member’s channel and returning the same interactions.
48-hour countdown
The countdown starts the moment a debt is created. If it runs out, that video leaves the market for 3 days. 3 unpaid debts within 7 days closes all your videos for 7 days.
Daily capacity
You decide how many interactions your videos may receive per day. Once your capacity is full, nobody can interact with your videos that day.
One computer only
The extension works with a code embedded at download time. Sent to someone else, it will not open; the token binds once and cannot be re-bound.
Tamper protection
The extension hashes its own files on every start and has the server verify them. A modified package is locked immediately.
Pause any time
Turn engagement off in your settings and your videos leave the market, with no new debts. Turn it back on and you continue where you left off.
